Stag Bakeries- Carmel Buttered Shortbread!x

As many of your foodies out there maybe well known and are discovered in the supermarket, but there are also a number of food trades that we discover over the internet and not by going in store.

Recently a friend of mine introduced me to a company named Stag Bakeries. Stag currently make different biscuits such as shortbread to water biscuits.

I currently emailed Stag Bakeries and told them I was interested in their products and they kindly sent me a box of their 'Carmel Buttered Shortbread' and a box of their 'Chocolate Chip Buttered Shortbread'. 

Out of the 2 flavours I chosen 'Carmel'. Now to be honest, if i saw these in my local store i wouldn't think to pick them up because the packaging isn't very appealing, but the product itself is amazing. 

The biscuit is a buttery taste. Basically taste's like 'heaven'. I couldn't eat more then 2 at a time thou because they are very sweet and sickly, but overall a really fantastic tasting biscuit. Also another good thing apart from the fabulous taste, is that the shortbread doesn't make much of a mess. The biscuit is very compressed together and doesn't leave a crumb escape which is amazing, as most shortbread leaves a mess.

Altogether these biscuits are just purely amazing and i definitely advise you to try these 'bad boys' out.
